The aim of this research is to understand the knowledge, attitude, and practice of nutrition and nutrient adequacy level (energy, protein, vitamin A, and Iron) of pregnant women. This research use d a cross sectional study design. Research location i mplemented sprinkle programme. The sample was taken purposively with criteria not the first pregnancy, the age of pregnancy is between 8-28 weeks, and they are willing to be interviewed.
The number of samples that were chosen are 100 pregnant women. Data that were collected were analyzed descriptively and statistically. In general, part (26%) of pregnant women had low nutrition knowledge. More than a half (71%) of pregnant women had moderate nutrition attitude. A half (50%) of pregnant women had good nutrition practice. Based on Spearman analysis, there we re significant correlation between education level and nutrition knowledge (r=0.35, p.

Beberapa dekadeini telah dilakukan berbagai macam penelitian tentang penyebab obesitas, danhasil dari penelitian-penelitian tersebut ditemukan senyawa-senyawa baru yangterlibat dalam pengaturan metabolisme dan asupan energi pada penderitaobesitas.

Salah satu senyawa penting yang berperan dalampengaturan asupan makanan adalah peptida YY (PYY). PYY merupakan senyawa yangtersusun dari 36 asam amino, diproduksi di ileum dan kolon serta mempunyaifungsi menekan nafsu makan jangka pendek karena efeknya bertahan hingga 12 jam( Stanley dkk, 2003; Essah dkk, 2007). Penelitian Batterham dkk ( 2003)menemukan bahwa kadar PYY darah pada subyek obes setelah makan lebih rendahdari kadar PYY darah subyek normal ( Essah dkk, 2007). Generallythis research aims to know the consumption pattern and food processing habitsof pregnant mother in endemic area of iodine deficiency disorders (IDD).
Forthe purpose of the study, 57 pregnant women of the second trimester wereselected randomly in Saparua Sub-district, Cental Maluku. Consumptionpattern data and food processing habits were gathered by structured interviewusing & x 24 hours Food RecallMethod sequently. The concentration of iodine in other consumed foodstuff wereanalyzed at Research Center and Food Development and Nutrition laboratory inBogor. Theresults of the research show that the types of food that are consumed by thepregnant mother are divided into two groups those are goiterogenic food andnon-goiterogenic food group. Goiterogenic food consumption (704.5± 158.2gr/cap/day) is higher than non-goiterogenic food consumption (427±101.7gr/cap/day). The average of food consumption is two times a day. The type ofsalt that is consumed generally by the pregnant mother is evaporated salt.Evaporated salt is consumed more than three times a day with averageconsumption is 19.2 gram/cap/day.

Target of this research is to 1) Knowing cadrecharacteristic cover age, education, work, marriage status, amount of balita;2 ) Knowing cadre motivational level in posyandu 3) Knowing level requirementof theoritical cadre of requirement according to Abraham Maslow. This Researchrepresent research of deskriftif with device of cross study sectional.Population is all inwrought service post cadre ( posyandu) which have servedmore than 1 year. Technique intake of sampel pursuant to technique of sampelarea.
Result of research indicate that: Pursuant to most active age factionalso there are at age faction (75%). Cadre with level education of finish ofSLTP have level livelines of superordinate (27,58%) Cadre with work as merchantand entrepreneur have level livelines of superordinate (100%). Cadre withstatus marry its higher livelines level ( 73,80%), Cadre having two child ofbalita mount its higher livelines ( 100%), compared to cadre which don't havechild of balita ( 62,5%). Cadre owning high motivational level more active(100%), Requirement of cadre of posyandu very do not fufilled requirement ofphysiology (100%). While for mean from is fifth of requirement, can know thatmost dominant is requirement of cadre less fufilled ( 87,93%).
Suggested totaker of policy to support their motivation by giving competent incentive. Integrated Health Post is a real kind of communityparticipation in health service in accordance by fused that organized fromcommunity to themselves and supported by provider. Cadre is a key factor incontinuity implementation of Integrated Health Post program because theiractivity is very influence the quality and completeness of Integrated HealthPost service. Because of that, needed efforts of perpetuation for IntegratedHealth Post service by increase the role of cadre. Generally, the factors thatinfluence activity of cadre in the implementation of Integrated Health Postprogram has divided for two factors, those is internal factor and externalfactor. Internal factors are motivation, age, knowledge level, education level,skill level and state of work, whereas external factors are behavior ofprovider and compensation. Result of this research shows that there arecorrelation between motivation (p=0,0130,05), state ofwork (p=0,8140,05) and behavior of provider (p=0,8400,05) are notrelating to activity of cadre.
For related instance is suggested to active thecommunity empowerment family program to increase the community participationand cadre together in the implementation of Integrated Health Post program. ForPrimary Health Center in other to make technical cultivation to increase theknowledge and skill of cadre and for their have to active and responsive in theimplementation of Integrated Health Post program and others program as trainingand refreshing that organized by Primary Health Center and related instance sothe quality and completeness of Integrated Health Post service can be improve.
